Director and School Coordinator.  My name is Garmon West, Jr. and I began Achieve Real Estate Institute, along with my wife (T. Rose West, School Coordinator), to help others to achieve their dreams.  Our mission is to impact the lives of each student via teaching, mentoring and coaching to help them to start a career in real estate .  I am retired from 33 years of Federal government service, a Navy veteran, and a current associate broker with Crye-Leike, Realtors (McDonough, GA) with a doctoral degree in Educational Psychology.  I am a member of the Georgia Real Estate Education Association, and the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA). I recently received the REAA Gold Standard Instructor Certification and serve as a member of its Education Committee. My wife and I live in Locust Grove, GA.  We have two grown daughters, Tiffany S.W. Pinkney and Sylvia E. West, DVM and two grandchildren, Jayd and Tayte.
